CANCELLATION POLICY
Chemical Services Policy Because chemical services require extra time and product, a 45% fee will be charged for any no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment. Any additional product or service charges (extra bowls, toners, vivid add-ons, treatments, etc.) are not included in the BNPL plan and must be paid at the time of service.
